You need to give her semi solid foods like Ganji, dal, mashed rice with dal, idli etc.
whatever you give, you need to give which is soft because babies cannot chew effectively as you might be knowing.
along with all this, you need to also breast feed the child as long as you can.
it will be good for her and also good for you in losing the extra pounds which you may have gained during pregnancy.
