Hi Doctor my baby is 6months old , we have started with rice n moong dal paste 10days ago , now I want to start with vegetables. Pls confirm if I can cook veggies with rice n dal or shld I cook veggies separately & feed . Also confirm if I can add ghee ( small quantities) to dal rice

Hey.
As the baby is 6 months old , for now rice and moong dal paste is enough..for some time continue with this and then you can include some vegetables. vegetables with strong odour and flavour like onion capsicum etc should be used in moderation. Also make sure that the paste is well formed , no lumps or pieces should be left.
Ghee can be added in very less amount.
