Deficiency of Vitamin B12 is noted very commonly in patients taking a vegetarian diet,as a non veg diet is the primary source of Vitamin B12. As per your blood reports the MCV of the red blood cell is normal. It is usually raised in a gross B12 deficiency. Burning sensation below the foot can arise due to vitamin B12 deficiency, as this causes neuropathy. Uric acid is above the normal limits, but if gout is not precipitated usually medications are not added.
