Softness in penis and testicles
I m feeling softness in my penis and testicles when its in normal condition, even i touching my testies it also very soft and small in size, it takes around 10-15 min for erection, but eveb erection also i found softness in it. Some fluid has come from penis after erection, and it become softed again, size of my penis in normal is around 2 inches and when get erected its just 4.5 inches. Pls suggest.
