Softeron gold iron supp during pregnancy
Hello All,
I am 19 weeks pregnant and taking Dexorange Syrup as iron supp. 2 times a day.
Will be changing the same to softeron gold tablets. Can anyone please confirm the dosage of the same?
My doc suggested to take only one tablet after dinner. But I can see the composition as 30mg of elemental iron in a single tab. Is it sufficient? My hb is 11.4. please help.

Need to take 100mg elemental iron for rest of pregnancy daily one... Try other good composition.. Ask about this to your doctor
