Soft ball like tissue in one side of nos

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Today I have seen some growth of like soft ball in one side of nose of my 5 year's old son.He doesn't having any problem because of it. Is it normal or any kind of medical care is needed.... please advise.. Thank you

You seem to be looking at inferior turbinate inside the nose which sometimes can become prominent during common cold. It is a normal structure inside the nose and no treatment is required if asymptomatic
