I experience a lot of anxiety in crowded situations. I feel self-conscious and dizzy at times. How can I overcome this?

Social anxiety or fear of crowded places is common problem, so please do not worry too much about it. It can be cured to a large extent by cognitive behavioral therapy, rarely some patients need medicines for it. Please a psychiatrist, he/she will be able to guide you.
