Ok, take the following medicines for 1 month sincerely and things will improve. Mahashankh vati 2 tablets thrice a day before food. Brahmi vati 2 tablets thrice a day after food and palsinuron 2 tablets twice a day after food. Also avoid all food that is dry like bhel, popcorn, biscuits, etc
