Anxiety and Breathlessness
I want to be able to jog for more than 20 mins, but even a minute of cardio seems hard. I start having mild anxiety/panic attacks when I do so. I am doing 10 pushups and squats almost daily. I also do Yoga fairly consistently. I don't exceed this limit as I fear it may trigger anxiety/panic.((Believe it or not, a year ago, I could do upto 50 pushups.)) I am not fat or anything, but I do have stomach issues sometimes. I have had quite a few panic/anxiety attacks over the past 8 months. Can anybody help?
