Soar throat and headache
Having soar throat from yesterday with some headache and a little body pain.
Due to corona have to spend all.the day on bed and day before yesterday I drink water from refrigerator.
Do I need to visit the doctor or could be initial symptoms of COVID-19?

Do warm salt water gargling thrice a day. Take tablet Azithromycin-500 once daily , tablet Zerodol-P twice daily for 5 days.
