Hello....... Avoid alcohol, sleeping pills, and sedatives because they relax the muscles in the throat and interfere with breathing. .. Snoring is commonly seen in short fat neck people, if you are obese loose weight, give up smoking, cause for snoring should be looked into t.. Consult doctor.
