Snoring problem.
Hey, I think I snore a bit loud while I'm asleep(as per my friends and roommates), doesn't matter whether it's night or a short afternoon nap on weekends. I'm quite healthy and had pretty bad psoriasis(it's also decreasing, if it's necessary in this case). I have started morning walks as new year resolution so that I can keep a check on my increasing weight. Any way I can minimize my snoring problem?

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  If you decrease your weight, chances are the snoaring would also decrease. Consult a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management.  He will examine you and suggest you if anything else is needed based on your case. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain.
