Hey,
I think I snore a bit loud while I'm asleep(as per my friends and roommates), doesn't matter whether it's night or a short afternoon nap on weekends.
I'm quite healthy and had pretty bad psoriasis(it's also decreasing, if it's necessary in this case). I have started morning walks as new year resolution so that I can keep a check on my increasing weight.
Any way I can minimize my snoring problem?

If you decrease your weight, chances are the snoaring would also decrease.
Consult a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management.
He will examine you and suggest you if anything else is needed based on your case.
