Snoring due to Deviated spectrum
I snore a lot due to Deviated spectrum, I did endoscopy and got to know that I am having bad deviated spectrum. Doctor suggested for sleep test and based on the results can go for a surgery.
But I don't want to take surgery. I want solution without surgery.
Can anyone please suggest any anti-snoring devices which can atleast reduce snoring sound.
Because of this snoring problem not possible to go any relative houses. People will make fun out of it as no one snores

Snoring can be due to a lot of reasons. Deviated septum is only one of them. First u need to get evaluated. Sometimes something as simple as weight loss ( if u are overweight) can help you.
