Snoring at night
I snore pretty heavily at night. This causes a lot of embarrassment when I have to sleep with friends or relatives.

Snoring can occur because of various reasons such as deviated nasal septum, chronic rhinosinusitis, allergic rhinitis, inferior turbinate hypertrophy, nasal polyps, obesity, and sometimes reduced tone of tongue and palate muscles. Obesity is one of the commonest cause for snoring. You need to visit nearby ENT specialist for detailed examination and identification of cause for your snoring
