Snooring too much
Hi Doctor, I have a problem of Snooring when i sleep on my backside and it always wakes me up my from my sleep. So i always need to sleep sideways for most of the time. Can you identify my problem. Thank you.

Snoring happens when the upper respiratory tract or the nostrils to throat region has obstruction. It can be in form of enlarged lymph nodes like tonsils, or uvula elongated or congested. Gravity induced goes in favour of above. It  can sometimes be PND which requires evaluation of your heart and lung status too.
Next Steps
If you have any nose block or throat congestion then saline or otrivin nasal decongestant can be used.
