It is most likely due to allergic rhinitis.. It is best treated with antihistamines and if needed nasal sprays. But they are temporary measures.. Identify the trigger factor and avoid that to prevent the symptoms.. That is the best way to deal.. To rule out sinusitis you need to get a CT scan of pns done and review the rrports

Sneezing and Running nose are seen in Allergic Rhinitis. Nasal Obstruction can be due to Deviated Nasal Septum, Inferior turbinates hypertrophy or Chronic Sinusitis. For Allergy he can take Medications like Montair FX or Montek LC once daily for 5 days. We need to find out the reason the behind his nasal Obstruction, which can be best done through CT scan of Nose and Sinuses. Through which doctor can tell you the about Sinusitis and nasal anatomy. Kindly get CT scan done from any centre and consult ENT specialist online
