From yesterday I was feeling water in my nose and sneeze, took a cold table coug n cold . Taking steam also but feeling pain in my forehead

TAB ALLEGRA-M at night 1 tab for 1 week If nasal bloackage present - use otrivin nsal drops 2-2 both nostrils for 3 days and then stop the drops You’ll be fine

It may be due to the congestion in nasal cavity or superimposed bacterial sinusitis. To know you need a thorough consultation. Meanwhile take tablet solvin cold twice a day, and put otrivin nasal drops 2 drops in each nostril 4 times a day, if not allergic to any composition.
