I often get a sneeze and then it continues to about 40-50 sneezes one after the other. I get a runny rose with water after that

As per your description you are suffering from allergic rhinitis.. avoid allergens.. take steam inhalation regularly.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
