From past one month I'm facing sneezing problem now I'm difficult to breath (blocked nose) last month back I have used hair colour after 15 days I'm facing such problem kindly suggest

Its a sign of allergy induced nasal inflammation. Probably that hair dye induced allergy for you. Temporary anti- allergy tablets could help your symptoms. Or consult your ENT Doctor, who may prescribe you nasal sprays which will bring down your allergy and nose block effectively. Avoid allergen again that is very important.
