I've been a smoker on & off since past 8 years.
Earlier I used to smoke occasionally but I've noticed that it has become a daily habit now.
After the realisation I have started to being mindful of when and how much i smoke. Also started to cut down on smoking.
Lately, I can sense some chest heaviness and constant fatigue, also breathing has been mildly difficult. Can quitting help with the symptoms?
