Hi. I have no self control on myself. I want to quit smoking but I smoke 15 a day. My BMI is 35. I eat more and more each time I eat. I eat a lot. I have no self control. I drink too. I occasionally smoke pot too. And after that I eat a lot more. Can I be saved ?

You certainly can save yourself & prosper with little more efforts. If you notice your routine, you would find that you have been engaged with one thing or the other throughout. It's next to impossible to sustain without any engagement for anyone. Again everything that we engage our self with in life including smoking, eating pattern, recreation, work etc. is a habit. I see that you want to change certain habits however emotions associated with smoke, pot & food is more intense than the emotions associated with the one's you are replacing those with. You can certainly master your addictions if you understand your motivations better & find ways to create similar motivation for something you want to do. After doing this you would have an idea about your reasons for addiction at one level. Just list some things which fall in 4th category for you. Put an effort to slowly switch the unwanted habits with wanted ones. It needs little more assistance from a professional however would work if you are highly motivated to change.
