My friend is having chest pain, smoking cigarettes for a very long time ~14 years, is this related to some heart disease, (BP=125/75, Pulse=83), kindly suggest what should I do? If he doesn't smoke then start complaining of headache (withdrawal symptom)

HELLO, DEFINITELY INJURIOUS TO HEALTH IN EVERY SYTEM. HEADACHE IS MINOR PROBLEM. BLACK COFFEE,TEA CURE HEADACHE. DETERMINTION IS MUST. WHEN THEIR IS A WILL THERE IS A WAY. OK.
