Smoking Habit

Hello I want to quit smoking but I am unable to quit it because when I quit smoking I get severe headaches... sometimes I feel too sleepy...Please tell me any method or medication if available so that I can quit smoking completely... I have smoking cigarettes for around 4 years. And I really want to quit it. Please help!!

Hello there. I dont know what my colleague said but i can understand your concern. First and foremost what is required for quitting is a strong will power. Headache and drowsiness and weaknees are just temporary. Thy will go away if you have a strong will power. Consult a psychiatrist and talk to him about it and tell him that you want de-addiction.
