Hi sir....         Bad smell is due to poor oral hygeine(plaque and calculus) , gum inflammation,periodontal disease,sinusitis,tooth decay....maintaining proper oral hygeine(scaling and polishing) and elimination of local factors will help to get rid of bad breathe...

Visit the dentist to eliminate the local factors ( tooth decay, tartar, mouth ulcers) infection of sinus and then evaluate the systemic factors like gastric ulcers.

Hi First get checked with mouth for Calculus , gum inflammation, Cavities, pyorrhoea Sinus infection etc If all above factors are not causing bed breath then consult gastroenterologist for further evaluation Good luck
