Smell doubt
Morning I was fine. Suddenly I feel little smell and taste only. When I'm taking near nose I can able to smell.. I took steaming daily. But I put more salt, turmaric, tulasi, neem leaf etc. I feel my upper nose is heavy. From morning I inhaled to identify the smell because of that I can't able to do long breath. Not feeling hungry also. Kindly tell some quick solution to identify the smell and taste. Because of this I feel very frustrated. Plz help and tel me the reason.
