Small wound or lesion
I have developed small wound or lesion on the back. Below the neck. It's little pain full now. It's because of heat. I don't know if it is actually called lesion in English.. telugu kind of pundu. Nothing sticky. Can I apply any ointment or any tablet? Kindly advice.. Girish

Need more history.If it is due to burns then better to apply a cream but need to look at the lesion first before prescribing anything.
