Small white spots and grey hair in child

Asked for Female, 33 Years

My son is 9 years old. He was having a small white spot in neck to left side since he was 3 years old. He was training for skating in between for fee years. Now that white spots mostly irregular shaped are spreading through out his body and also from last two months his hair is also turning grey all over the body and few strands on head. He was recently hospowith dengue and his cbc reports are normal during discharge. He keeps getting nosebleeds also often from right nostril which doctor said is due to nose pricking. Since he is a growing boy these white spots and hair may bring down his confidence. Please advise. Attached a photo to show the condition in neck
