  4. Small white dots on right hand. Treated?

Small white dots on right hand
A very small white dot was seen 2 months back and now same dots have increased and spread on hand. I spend Atleast 2-3hrs a day in sun. One of the doctor said it's coz of sunburn. Will this keep spreading? Or this can be treated? Please confirm
