Small vesicles  occur on scrotum
My age is 42. My scrotum having a small vesicle like structure. Normally  smaller in size there is no pain. But sometimes their size little increased, i have severe pain. Personally my friend suggested, just simply cut the skin and remove the white pus cells within the vessels. After removing the pus cells.. The pain will reduce slowly and i am in normal condition. I cannot find out what kind of problem is this? Please given a clear solution to my problem. Thank you
