Lump on scrotum
Recently I had been for trekking . After one day of that activity three lumps formed on scrotum area . Two are small and one is very big . It's paining a lot .

You have to go for radiological examination first before to go for any treatment as it can be varicoele or sebaceous cyst ? So we have to rule out it first as treatment is different for different cause

Hello welcome Mr This is probably infected sebaceous cyst You need one full course of antibiotics and analgesics Kindly do blood sugar levels of fasting and postprandial Two possibilities 1) rupture on its own 2) or subsides But better go for incision and drainage To be reviewed with your query soon
