Small tiny cut on penis head
I harshly cleaned penis head and after then i saw little red bumbs like tiny cuts on penis head some times a white coloured substance forms there..
What should i do.

Retract the foreskin of the penis and clean the area under it with soap and water. After cleaning and drying it, apply some coconut oil.
