My testicles have different sizes. Right side is very small and left side is normal. Sometimes I have some irritation/little pain in my left testicle. I am very afraid please tell me whether this is a serious problem or not.

Testicles have different sizes. Even both the left and right testicles are not similar in size, so it is completely normal. Pain in left testicle might be due to injury, tight undergarments, working in hot climatic conditions and sedentary work. If there is no fever, or urination problems, no pain then do not worry. If pain persists do sonography of testicles.
