Small spots on my LO shoulders
My 2 year old has few spots/rashes on her shoulders which are very itchy and sometimes painful to touch..it looks like rashes from prickly heat..i have used nycil on it as well..i have been using t bact cream and levocetirizine dihydrochloride syrup to her but sometimes it doesnt work out as well..she keeps on itching on it till late night and couldnt sleep all night long..earlier she had these on her back but now its on her shoulders..attached is the picture of her rashes. please prescribe some medicine or ointment..are these just some rashes or allergy..? she is having cough and cold as well..because of her cough she couldnt sleepas well..sometimes its just dry cough sometimes its with Mucus /phelgm..

If you hv already given the stated meds and the rash has not subsided then you need to see a dermatologist immediately. All hypersensitive reactions do not respond so easily. Also for the persistence of cough and cold... please visit your child specialist .. you need to exclude a wheeze first.

It looks like some allergic rashes so give syp atarax 5 ml twice a day and apply ritch lotion locally their 3 to 4 times a day and follow up again in 3 days

Seems like viral rash, as it is associated with upper respiratory symptoms. But needs close examination to rule out other signs and causes.
But cannot comment with pics, so my sincere advice is to take your child to a good pediatrician, he will evaluate the rash and suggest you for further management.
