Small red spots
My baby boy is 11.5months old since last 2 days I have noticed these kind of small red spots on his face.please tell me what is this and why he is getting this,let me know need to change any diet or anything.

Greetings looks like normal rashes use Dermocalm lotion for local application three times a day.
