First of all this is a very bad thing to say that u can't quit tobacco ... Also plz attach a pic of the oral cavity so that we can understand what lesions u r referring to ... Plz keep a good oral hygiene ... And never say never

U possibly have Leukoplakia which is whitish mucus due to cells becoming abnormal from smoking. A photograph would be helpful. This could be precancerous.
