Small red itchy spots to me and my baby

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I have small very itchy red spots and as I am breastfeeding it has transferred to my baby of 4 months I have taken allegra but less relief and given atarax drops to my baby as suggested by doctor please advise what and how many times I and she can take these medications
