Small rash on wrist

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Red bump like rash on right hand wrist. This is since two days. First non itchy then after applying calamine lotion it felt itchy. Can you please the cause ? Taking vitamin b12 and D supplement since one month for about 8 weeks as deficient.
