Small pimple on buttocks crack
Have a small pimple right above Anus. Sometimes it pops up automatically and comes back. The pimple is so tiny as it appears on face after waxing or threading. The discharge is plain white. That too very very little. Hardly noticeable. Also I came across very sharp jet and has been using since. Is this because of hair follicles ?

Yes, ye zyadatar hair follicle ki hi kahani hai — folliculitis, jo waxing/threading/shaving ke baad ubharta hai aur khud baith jaata hai. Us area me pasina, ghisav aur bacteria milkar baar baar chhota pus wala dana banate hain. Agar ye baar baar exact ek hi jagah aata ho, tailbone ke paas ho, aur beech me baal dikhein to pilonidal sinus bhi socha jaata hai — uska ilaaj alag hota hai. Loose cotton innerwear, roz snaan ke baad achhi tarah sukhana, waxing ke turant baad kam ragad — itna hi bahut madad karta hai. Dabakar phodna bilkul mat kijiye.
Next Steps
Hygiene aur loose clothing 2 hafte try kijiye. Agar dana bada ho, dard/sujan bade, pus ya khoon aaye, ya bar bar wahi jagah aaye to ek baar dikhana zaroori hai — mujhse Practo par consult kar lijiye, photo dekhkar batata hoon folliculitis hai ya sinus.

From your explanation it seems like a pilonidal sinus or sentinel pile. When stool is hard it becomes little large and stool is soft or normal....it will be in it's normal size. Take fiber rich diet. Adequate hydration Soft diet Avoid spicy oily foods Sitz bath If still persistent, get evaluated from a general surgeon. Stool softeners will help

It can be Pilonidal sinus ( less chances) or folliculitis or epidermoid cyst or anal abscess. Do a sitz bath twice daily. How to do? 1. Fill the basin or tub: Use warm, lukewarm water (not hot). Cover just your hips and bottom. 2. Skip harsh soaps: Avoid bubble baths, soap, or harsh chemicals unless your doctor tells you to add Epsom salts. 3. Soak: Sit in the water for 10 to 20 minutes. 4. Dry off: Gently pat the skin dry with a soft, clean towel without rubbing. 5.Clean up: Wash the plastic basin or rinse the tub thoroughly after each use. Do it for 15 days to get good results.

Please consult a General Surgeon in your area for a physical examination. The location of the pimple is such that you can't see it. So a proper description of the disease and treatment by Tele-consultation is impossible.

Recurrent small opening/pimple in the natal cleft with intermittent scant discharge is suggestive of pilonidal sinus, rather than simple folliculitis. Hair/debris can contribute to its formation. Keep the area clean and dry Warm compresses may help during episodes.
Next Steps
If recurrent, painful, swollen or purulent discharge increases → surgical evaluation is advisable.

Recurrent small pimple near anus with minimal white discharge may be due to folliculitis/blocked hair follicle, but recurrent discharge can also occur with a small perianal abscess or fistula.
Next Steps
Keep the area clean and dry. Avoid squeezing or waxing/shaving over it. If it keeps recurring, get an in-person examination by a dermatologist/general surgeon

Yes , it might be due to that . But please consult a general surgeon or gynecologist, for proper examination and to rule out piles or other genital infections.
