Small multiple tiny bumps on my finger

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I have small tiny bumps like dots on my left index finger....its been almost a year....it reduces in some seasons but emerges back again...the skin gets hard....small portion of that is on my hand as well...there is itching also and it gets red in sunlight and heat...
