Small lump outside my anus
Three years ago I discover that there is a small lump outside my anus. At first there is no problem at all. No bleeding and no pain or itchiness. But now for three days I have pain and bleeding while passing the stool. Also when i sit on something it pains. I didn't know what to do

Madam considering your symptoms yu might be suffering from what is most common in the anal area I.e hemorrhoids. But you should not ignore it as it may be anything else considering you age.
