Small lump onlower back side and hand

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I have felt 2 lumps, one on my hand which is small and other on my back which is little big. Both are painless. Recently i am having little pain in my lower left backside. I tried to feel it and i saw that the top area above the lump has a flattened smaller bump which is actually creating some pain. It has been 2 years since i have felt these lump
