Small lump on the right side of neck

Asked for Male, 37 Years

Doctors have removed the pus from the infected area (cervical area ) but the lump still persist. The sample taken from this small surgery confirm it as tuberculosis. i am taking 2 capsules daily in the morning. The name of this medicine is FORECOX ( Isoniazid, Pyrazinamide and Ethambutol, Hydrochloride Tablets ) Please suggest any other test required.
