Small lump of 5 cm in groin
I have small lump in between thigh and pubic area middle part. I feel that when I ll touch it by down to upwards...but never feel any pain. Or any discomfort in my abdomen or any rashes ..is that inguinal hernia starting point....or anything else..also don't have any pain during exercises...what is that....

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Inguinal hernia would increase when you lift anything heavy or do anything which requires you to exert some pressure.
