Small lump near anal opening
I am 32 weeks pregnant with dcda twins. Recently I have observed small soft lump near the opening of my anus. It is not painful. Is this problem related to pregnancy?

It may be pile mass. Avoid CONSTIPATION. Make sure stools are absolutely soft.
