Lump near anus opening
Me & my husband tried for anal sex, but it was very painful on 1st intercourse, hence i resists. now next day i find there is a fleshy lump on the wrinkles of my anus opening. It is painful and affecting my day today activities

It is more likely to be a localised infection which got aggravated by the intercourse. I would suggest you to take a tub full of warm water, put a tablet of potassium permanganate in it and sit in the tub for 15 minutes thrice daily....also consider course of antibiotics...consult nearest general surgeon they will do the needful.
