Small like craters on shaft

I have small craters on my shaft, they do not hurt, there is no pus, no bump, no hair, it just looks like a tiny crater it isn't deep at all and is the same color as my shaft with a little darkening making a circle, they seem to come and go but for as long as I can remember have always been there. Could this be from masterbating excessively, I have only had 1 sexual partner for going on three years and I am her first.
