Small lump on penis shaft
This small lump has been there for over 5 years. But 3 days back, I noticed swelling and when pressed, pus oozed out. It pains when I touch it but not unbearable pain. Now it is relatively better, after I took out the pus and applied Neosporin. The pain has reduced as well. Should I be concerned? Note: I masturbate at least twice a day and sometimes even 5-6 times a day. I have reduced after I discovered the swelling and pus. I am sexually active as well but I have not engaged in intercourse after I discovered the swelling and pus, as that may harm my partner.
