Tiny small blisters in penis shaft

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I get a tiny red blisters on penile shaft areas, doesn't pain or itch but sometimes I feel slight burn in the area it keeps coming after interval of 14 days last for a day or two and dissapear on its own, I showed it to dermatologist as well he said it was probably due to over hygiene.
