Small hole in molar
I have a small hole in molar but it is painless is it a cavity or just dirt because I don't know what it is. Should I get treated or will it go away on its own

If there is food lodgement then it is a cavity. Whether its a stain or cavity it won't go away on its own. It woll increase as time passes by.

Hiee ..dear it may be a caries or may be stain...u have to consult dentist..he or she will identify by putting probe if catch feels than its a caries....
