Small cyst
Hello I'm 38 yrs old I m getting a small lump with black dot on centre in my back n other one in my neck is it epidermoid cyst or something else I have attached a pic l. Plz suggest me

You have an epidermoid cyst..... it does not respond to medicine but can be removed by an experienced dermatologist in smallest possible incision Why is it recommended to remove it? It can get infected Maintain hygiene Clean dry skin with light moisturiser if needed

Hii.. It can be sebaceous cyst or epidermal cyst or nodular acne .. Need to be treated correctly to prevent further damage and infection Need complete evaluation and history for accurate diagnosis, After that  correct treatment options can be provided Use clindamycin cream for now So kindly consult on-line for further evaluation and prescription
